Lake Ridge Aero Park

Lake Ridge Aero Park is a 3200' x 150' private grass airport located in Durham, North Carolina. Dan K. Bryan converted his farmland into an airport (Pharris Field) back in 1945 and it was soon after used to sell surplus WWII aircraft. The airport goes on to have a rich History throughout the years and is now just 11 NM from Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) Airport. Today, Lake Ridge Aero Park has airplane storage, self-serve 100LL fuel, an FBO, and hosts several Fly In Events each year. The mission of the airport today is to keep grass roots aviation alive.
